Elite Mentorship Forum is a training that is based on 13 Modules that span 6 months (1 Module per 2 weeks) and guide participants through the following areas of development:

1. Foundation of Self-Mastery
  • Training Focus: Core concepts of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility. Tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and actions effectively.

Implementation Strategy:

Initial kick-off workshop: Introduces the leader to the program, familiarizes them with the material and structure of the engagements, highlights the benefits and provides space to set intentions. Activates agreement and establishes goals.

Individual Learning: Each Module is given 2 weeks to explore with about 1 hours of video lectures and corresponding exercises that leader can do on their own time.

Weekly Coaching: Regular ongoing weekly live group coaching sessions to answer questions and support the leader in understanding of the material.

Accountability Buddy System: Participants are paired with a buddy who becomes their accountability partner and together they help each other stay on track.

Wrap up and Final Review: Completion of the program marked with celebration of personal and group achievements, sharing of new insights and immediate improvements.
